The only circumstances under which a refund will be given are:

• When a player is not offered a position in any CSC program, a full refund is granted
• When a player is cut or switches from the Travel Program to the Rec/House Program, the difference between the cost of Travel and Rec/House is refundable minus the associated processing fee. 

Requests for refunds made before April 1^st (for House) or May 1^st (for Tykes) will receive a refund minus $25 for any associated processing fees.

No refunds for travel players after committing to a CSC team.
No refunds for Rec/House or after April 1^st and Tykes after May 1st

All requests for refunds must be in writing and directed to the commissioner of the program.
